3. Booking and Payment

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at the earliest. Cancellations are subject to the terms set by the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). Any applicable cancellation fees will be passed on to the client.

Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the cancellation policies of the service providers. Once processed, refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as airline tickets, event tickets, and non-refundable hotel bookings may not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Changes to Bookings
If you need to make any changes to your booking (such as date changes, additional services, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may incur additional fees, depending on the service provider's policies.
6. Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, and identification) are valid and up to date. ABI Tours & Travels can assist with visa processing, but we are not responsible for any
delays or issues related to the client's documentation.

Limitations of Liability: ABI Tours & Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the services provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, etc.).

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Insurance

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance covers potential risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, flight delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. While travel insurance is not included in the cost of our services, we can help you arrange suitable coverage at an additional cost.

9. Client Responsibilities

Behavior: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during the trip. Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services, without any refund.

Health and Fitness: Clients must ensure they are fit to travel and participate in activities. ABI Tours & Travels is not responsible for any health issues or medical conditions that may arise during the trip.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of providing travel services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through communication. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be settled through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of law in the region of ABI Tours & Travels' primary location.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
ABI Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be communicated to clients via email or on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
